Known as “The Man Horses Talk To™,” Ray Ainsworth was born and raised in Raymond, Mississippi, where he began to grasp the language of horses from a young age.
Ray used his understanding of that language as a winning jockey, trainer, and competitor, and he developed and fine-tuned a resistance-free, no-nonsense technique that he uses in teaching horses and working with behavioral issues of every kind.
Ray does not train horses; he teaches them in a way that makes him one of the world’s most unique horsemen. He has found that through communication and non-violence, horses learn faster and retain information longer.
Today, Ray is dedicated to making the world a better place for horses and their humans through communication – specifically his ability to convey the language of horses. With that mission in mind, he has filmed a series of educational DVDs, and travels the United States giving entertaining and informative clinics to horse lovers and riders everywhere.
Through these avenues, Ray teaches horses of all ages, breeds, and disciplines to behave the right way with maximum understanding and minimal stress.
Ray’s approach is based on the fact that horses have a language and are capable of communicating a wide variety of messages. All horses know it. So does Ray. And so can you.
Ray Ainsworth's appearance at the Midwest Horse Fair is proudly sponsored by Blain's Farm & Fleet.
