All equine animals entering the grounds must have the following documentation:

  1. Original and a copy of the laboratory report of a negative equine infectious anemia (EIA) test conducted after January 1, 2012 which clearly identifies the equine animal by registration number, lip tattoo, or a complete description of the equine animal.
  2. Original and a copy of the certificate of veterinary inspection issued within 30 days of MHF (After March 20, 2012) if you are coming from another state. For more information from the State of Wisconsin, please click here.

For your convenience, an on-call veterinarian and farrier will be available all weekend long. If you have any problems with your horse please contact them or notify the Welcome Center. Contact information can be found on your stall card that you will receive when you arrive at the Midwest Horse Fair®.
